Well Okay,I am really interest of high end characters, especially with armor on them. I am trying to find some tutorials for it, but don't seems to have that luck. Is it possible our Ryan to make tutorial for this? Something like this characters from Aaron sims.

Have you looked at the Armor & Patterns, Skin & Scales Workshops? Those techniques are covered in there, it's up to you to apply them to your character/design.

The stuff you need to get your head around concerning the toolset is here. To get judgement on that you might want to jump into the next creature workshop. A lot of rules got covered.
Either way you start, everything you create will fall back into believable anatomy. So you could start loose and find interesting forms by yourself, or do a research to support the blurry image in your mind.
Take a look at your own link, and try to seperate the ingredients of the monsters, and then give it a shot !
