Sculpting the face is hard, its complex and its fustrating. Several years ago, I was pretty unhappy with my sculpting. Somethings just weren't right but I couldn't tell what it was wrong.
I thought I would just eventually find it. That I would eventually see it but what I didn't know is that I had reach a ceiling. I was not going to get better unless I upped my game and found a new way to see the face.
You can see my first efforts to improve in this YouTube video I posted about 4 years ago. Since then I've continued to grow as an artist and so has ZBrush.
